My Journey Begins
After all the hassle of bag packing and irritating stuff, we finally reached the London airport, after a quick Uber ride. We were on time. There are two options for Kuwait Airways check-in,
- Kuwait Airways Online Check-in
- Kuwait Airways Airport Check-in.
To avoid the rush, we all checked-in online. You can check-in online from anywhere between 24 to 3 hours before the departure time of the flight. For this, go to the online check-in service on the website of Kuwait Airways. Follow the instructions for online check-in. Select your seat and then download or print your e-ticket/boarding pass. But for this service, you need your flight number, family name, passport information, destination, and booking confirmation.
However, if you are not comfortable with the online check-in option, you can reach the airport at least a few hours before and check-in from the Kuwait Airways helpdesk Booth. This traditional way of checking-in is also reliable and the customer executive will assist you in the best possible way.
Baggage Policy
As we were 7-8 people, we had a lot of baggage. We didn’t know much about the Baggage policy and what the charges for extra baggage were. So, we have again contacted Kuwait Airways customer service and they have guided us efficiently. In Kuwait Airways, the carry on baggage is different for each travel class for its weight. However, the size of the cabin baggage shouldn’t exceed the dimensions of 56 x 46 x 25 cm. Along with the hand baggage allowances, every passenger is allowed to carry personal items like a handbag, small briefcase, reading material, blanket, etc.
Passengers who have their Kuwait Airways Booking in economy class are allowed to carry on carry-on and checked-in baggage. The total weight of both carry-on and checked-in baggage should not exceed 49kgs.
On the other hand, Passengers who have their Kuwait Airways Booking in economy in business class are allowed to carry two bags and the total weight should not be more than 63kgs.

Kuwait Airways offers a wide range of stuff for the entertainment of passengers. They offer movies, cartoons, documentaries, music, newspapers, magazines, and games for entertainment. Kuwait Airways provides a good collection of music options, along with complete albums from a lot of genres.
When it comes to food, Kuwait Airways provides complimentary meals on the flights. Food offered depends on the destination, flight duration, and departure time. You can also order a special meal according to your dietary needs. But the meal must be ordered at the time of booking the ticket. The bonus is that Kuwait Airways provides a complimentary drinks service.

I know it’s quite a daunting task to actually cancel your tickets. We planned a few days trip and have booked our return flight tickets. However, things didn’t go as planned and we decided to stay some more days in India. And, guess what, we have to cancel our other Kuwait Airways Booking.
